Department Functions
The R&D center consists of Basic Research Department,Product Development Department and Application Research Department.At present, there are more than 30 engineers, who are masters or undergraduates major in Food and Biology
  1. Basic Research Department
    Flavoring, Maillard reaction, biological enzymatic hydrolysis , natural extraction, warranty period research, sensory evaluation, process research and packaging research
  2. Product Development Department
    Research and development of compound seasoning, establish flavor module, standard process and agile research and development system
  3. Application Research Department
    Apply products in kitchen,find more suitable dishes to apply our products.
